Doublehead Software & Consulting LLC provides professional services including but not limited to custom software development, systems integration, cloud architecture, data and analytics, and related IT consulting as outlined in the applicable proposal, statement of work, or agreement. Timelines are estimates and may be affected by dependencies on client input, third‑party vendors, and technical constraints.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are due upon receipt. Project fees, retainers, and any approved third‑party costs are payable in accordance with the payment schedule defined in the engagement documents. Work may be paused in the event of overdue balances.
Clients may cancel ongoing services with a 30‑day written notice, subject to any minimum commitment defined in the governing agreement. All work performed and committed costs up to the effective cancellation date will be invoiced and are payable by the client.
